Baggage damage, loss, delayed delivery
On its arrival, passenger should go to Lost and Found Office and fill in a Report about baggage loss or damage.
- In case of baggage loss: if baggage is not found within 21 days after the Report, it is considered lost, so it is possible to apply for a compensation;
- in case of delayed delivery: if baggage is found within 21 days, it is possible anyway to apply for a refund of any expenditure incurred to buy personal effects again in the absence of baggage;
-in case of baggage damage: within 7 days since baggage delivery, it is possible to apply for compensation for any damage occurred during flight.
